We decided to have a candy factory and make something yummy for our families for valentines day. That was when I came across a recipie to make cream cheese mints. I remember making these with my Grandma, one at a time in little rose shaped molds for my wedding almost 23 years ago. ( yeah, yeah I know some of you were only only about 12 years old then....) The kids had fun - and we streamlined the process for giving up the molds and turning them into "thumb print" mints!
Matty leaves for Utah today( all expense paid - YEAHHHHH! ) for the championships of the Gatorade Free Flow tour. Here's a picture of him on top of the podium at the finals in Vail, Co. Good luck Matty - we miss you!
